Our 1350 square foot shop at Infineon Raceway is set up to facilitate most service and performance work, utilizing our two lifts, individual bike stands and an engine build table. We have the capabilities to accomplish most routine services on Harley-Davidson and Buell Motorcycles.
Every performance job we quote includes a special break-in on our state of the art Land & Sea DYNOmite Dyno, and a custom map or carburetor re-jetting.

JT&S uses Revolution Performance Big Bore Kits exclusively. Their “Bolt-on Big Bore Kits” permit performance engine work to be accomplished both in and out of the bike.
These kits utilize the largest available bore size incorporating the latest nickel-silicon plating technology, maintaining a stock engine case.
For those who believe there is no substitute for cubic inches there are 90 cubic inch Harley-Davidson Sporster / Buell Kits as well as the 98, 107, 117, 124 and 127 cubic inch kits.
These Revolution Performance kits come with or without heads. Port work includes Stage 2 and 3 incorporating five-axis CNC porting for repeatability and with larger valves for improved flow and performance.
Heads can be exchanged and for some of the monster motors, blank Ultma Heads are used and CNC ported to specifications.
Brian Nallin and the folks at Revolution Performance also have complete kits including cams and with gear drive for the Twin Cam Engines. A quote for this type of engine work will always include a specific break-in run and Dyno Jet Power Commander mapping
