Terry Parsley is a retired airline engineer and a two-time AMA expert, in District 36 scrambles in the 1960s and later a District 36 MX Vet expert in the 1970s.
After retiring from United Airlines, Terry spent six years as the dyno tuner at HarleyDavidson/Buell of Vallejo before founding JT&S.
Terry holds two Bonneville Land Speed Records in the AMA 650 cc class, and won two National Championships in 2006. He built, owns and rides the world's fastest Buell Blast, which reached over 135 MPH from a single cylinder push rod engine.

Jim Higgins is a retired Vallejo Fire captain and a well known Buell S2 rider and Bonneville Land Speed Record holder, currently holding six Worlds LSR Records.
His current project is to build and ride the world's fastest Buell. It is an S2 with carbon fiber Buell RR100 bodywork and a 100 cubic inch turbo charged motor in the 300 horsepower range. The goal for this new motorcycle is to earn a place in the prestigious 200 MPH Club.

Sam McReynolds is an experienced crew chief in both AMA and AFM Road racing. He has crewed teams that have won Formula USA National Events, as well as having several wins at the club level in the AFM, starting with the H-D 883 class and ending up with a second place season in the highly completive AFM Open Twins competition. In the pits Sam brings such solid experience to a team that he has been sought after by professional teams from Europe when they are visiting the US. He is truly a grounding force for us at JT&S Performance.
